Service Coordinator NDIS supports

 

Are you an experienced disability practitioner who is passionate about creating opportunities for young people with disabilities?  

We are looking for a dynamic, flexible, values-based, leader who can manage multiple tasks and priorities to lead our Box Hill team.

This role leads a small team of staff who provide programs and activities for young adults with intellectual disabilities on an individual basis or within small groups. You will also need to liaise with parents and carers, community partners and maintain NDIS required administrative requirements.

What does a day in the life of a Service Coordinator look like?

As a Service Coordinator, your day is a combination of administrative tasks, team leadership, problem-solving, planning and organising. You will respond to the day-to-day needs of your site, with a focus on delivery of a high-quality service and providing person centred support. Your role will include coordinating team meetings, liaising with families and community-based organisations, service development, staff mentoring, and team development.
