Ray Cummings

Over a 40-year career as a professional advisor, Ray has held positions including Tax Partner at Pitcher Partners and Founding Principal of Greenoak Advisory and has worked across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.

He holds formal qualifications in law, accounting and economics and is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Ray has proficiency in a wide range of commercial, financial and legal issues including regulatory and reporting requirements, corporate governance, and legislative interpretation and policy.

Ray also has a long history of involvement with and on the Board of various not for profit organisations and brings a wealth of experience to us at both a technical and practical level.

In addition to his role at Burke and Beyond COTA Victoria, Ray is a board member of Council on the Ageing (Victoria), Chair of the COTA (Vic) Governance Committee and is also a member of the COTA (Vic) Audit, Finance and Risk Committee
